Tasted on tap at Hideaway Pizza in Oklahoma City near Bricktown. This was a "house" Kolsch (apparently contract brewed for them). It was a light, easy-drinking beer with mild malt character and some light noble hops. In short, it was a well-made Kolsch, with no flaws. I very much liked the restaurant and the pizza. This beer helped make it an even better experience.
