Fermented with American California yeast and dry hopped with the Ekuanot hop adding Citrus, Tropical Fruit and Herbal aromas.

On tap, into a pub glass. Pours a straw color with a two finger head that lingers but leaves minimal lacing. Nose of citrus and spicy hops, with a kick of grassiness to it. Taste follows the nose with a body of wheat, and citrus and spicy hops before a piney hop jab at the back end. Light body with medium carbonation and clean finish with no aftertaste.
Interesting pale ale from a collaboration project. Light and refreshing with layers of hops that didn't have any residual bitterness. Tastes more nuanced than it smells.
