Pours an effervescent & chill-hazed with a thumb of ivory colored head. Below average head retention & lacing
Some fruity & bready notes, biscuitty malt
T: Follows the nose, pretty dry, & a touch lemon up front. Biscuitty malt, a little grassyness & pear as this beer warms up. Finishes too dry with mineral hops & lemons
MF: Medium body, delicate carbonation
Drinks easy, but strays off style for serious point deductions. Would've not guessed Kolsch in a blind tasting
