Pours a cloudy, golden color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of hops, slight sweet malt, and slight citrus. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and slightly thick with an average carbonation level. There is a noticeable bitterness with this brew. Tastes of strong hops, sweet malt, and slight citrus in the finish. I highly recommend this brew.

On tap at the Hermann Brews/Blues festival, a nice offering from a new brewer.
A filtered wheat beer, leaving a hazy amber / orange pour in the glass, small white head.
Aroma is a subtle but nice honey and citrus. Taste kicks it up a notch with a spicy honey oat and wheat dominating the story. Not at all a sweet brew, but well balanced enough to please both the wife and me. One of those beers that goes well in the St. Louis summer heat. Refreshing and tasty brew.
