Our cream ale is our lightest beer. Light-bodied with a pale yellow color and frothy head, it is brewed with wheat and carapils malt giving it a light, crisp and subtle hop finish.

Appearance: A transparent brass color with a little bit of white lace and head.

Smell: The aroma has a straw like character to it with a hint of zest.

Taste: The taste is very sweet with tones of toffee followed by a bit of citrus and hops.

Mouthfeel: Mildly creamy with a very mild bite.

Overall: I thought other that the weak head and lace that it was a pretty good beer.

A - Poured a clear, golden-yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left some trails of sudsy lace on the glass.

S - It smelled of some citrus and sweet caramel maltiness.

T - It tasted of sweet caramel malt and some grains. There was a floral presence.

M - It was crisp, sharp and fairly smooth. A light bodied ale with a dry finish.

O - This is an okay cream ale. It could be a nice gateway beer for folks new to the craft beer scene.

Pours a clear, golden color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of yeast, wheat, slight citrus, and cream. Fits the style of a Cream Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with a low carbonation level. Tastes of slight cream, yeast, slight citrus, and an almost stale flavor. Overall, the cream is too slight in prominence and the stale flavor is rather off-putting.
