Our Belgian Blonde is sweet with a low hop bitterness and flavor. It has a spicy fruitiness from a special Belgian yeast strain and a bit of alcohol warmth in the finish.

Pours a hazy, golden color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hint of yeast, citrus hops, floral hops, slight pale malt, hint of alcohol. Fits the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, pale malt, slight yeast, slight citrus hops, slight floral, hint of caramel, and a hint of grass. Overall, good appearance, aroma, blend, and body.

A - Poured a clear, burgundy color with golden highlights. It had a frothy, off-white head of foam that was fairly long lasting. It left some sudsy lace on the glass.
S - It smelled fruity and spicy with a nice maltiness. Some candy sugar, too.
T - Good dried fruit flavors with raisin and plum. Some sugary sweetness with spiciness to match it. Some nice maltiness, too.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a discreet alcohol warmth.
O - This is a pretty good Belgian-style ale. I could see it being a go-to brew when I visit.
