Pours a clear, copper color. 1/5 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of hops, hint of spice, sweet malt, and slight pale malt. Fits the style of a Maibock / Helles Bock. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of hops, slight pale malt, sweet malt, hint of alcohol, and slight earthy malt. Overall, good aroma and blend.

A - Poured a clear, light brown color with a small, tan head of bubbly foam. It left some sudsy trails of lace.
S - It smelled floral and roasty with some sweet caramel and toffee notes.
T - It had a good sweet caramel flavors with some biscuity malt. It had a subtle spicy hop bite.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This is a pretty nice maibock. Pretty big and bold.
