I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the brewery in San José del Cabo. Baja markets this as a session IPA.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: toasty, crackery malt with an earthy, slightly citrusy hop character. Not bad for a session IPA.
Taste: earthy and a bit herbal hop flavor, on top of a lightly sweet and rather toasty malt base. Kinda like an old school pale ale. Not bad at all.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decently drinkable light IPA. Not groundbreaking but totally serviceable.
