Poured from tap in Cabo. 4/23/26. Nice golden amber color with thin but decent head that lingered. Very light aroma. Citrusy hops and balanced bitterness. Just not a really stand out IPA. Average at best.

Poured from 12oz bottle into a clear cup. Best by 12/30/25.
Appearance: medium golden hue with just a little dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: rather sweet and malty, with a light dose of citrusy hops. Not too bad, but it doesn’t grab me.
Taste: rather sweet with some toast and caramel to the malt, alongside an almost lemony citrus character. Bitterness is moderate. Again, not bad, but a bit old-school and not really aligned with my tastes.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this reminds me of fair-to-middlin’ craft IPAs from 20 years ago. Just not my jam.
