Tap (Hivernale): Poured a deep black color stout with a small foamy head. Aroma of roasted malt provide some bitter chocolate notes with some light oak notes and some light tart notes. Taste is also dominated by dry roasted malt notes with light oak notes which are quite enjoyable though the tart finish is just a bit stronger then I wish. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol.
