Deep and rich reddish amber in color with a small off-white head. Color is very bold and striking. Not much head retention or lacing.
Mild aroma of caramel and spicy hops.
Solid caramel and toffee flavor with enough hops to balance. Nothing special here, but not bad either. Finishes dry and refreshing.
Light-medium in body and smooth. Goes down easy, but I would prefer something more flavorful. Go with the Alligator Ale instead.
