The colour is yellow with some orange. The liquid is a little hazy, but only after shaking the bottle to dissolve the yeast in the bottom. The low foam sinks to a hardly noticeable white lid.
The smell is sweet-sour with strong notes of apple juice. Some hints of yeast and a clean bitterness.
The taste is kind of simple but at the same time well balanced. Apple juice, some dry bitter hops, mild notes of yeast and a hint of guezue-like sourness. The aftertaste is mild and fruity with notes of apples, mineral and wheat dough.
The carbonation is powerful with lots of large fresh bubbles. The liquid is a bit dry and mid creamy.
A highly drinkable weissen.
