The colour is dark brown; the liquid clear. The finger thick pale brown head is firm and airy.
The smell is light with roasted malt. Sweet notes of coffee, roasted nuts and a very mild bitterness.
The taste is dry and somewhat roasted. Sweet notes of coffee, roasted chestnuts and other nuts. Some bitter flavours. The aftertaste is elegant and creamy with dry-sweet notes of pecan nuts, mocha-cream and sweet almonds. The finish brings some alcohol.
The carbonation is medium strong; lots of small bubbles. The liquid is somewhat thick and soft.
A no-nonsense dark bock-style lager that wasn't bad at all.
