The colour is pale red-amber; the finger thick airy head is pale beige. The liquid is somewhat hazy.

The smell is fresh with quite a lot of hoppy flavours. Some sweet notes of caramel malt and raisins blends with nuts and dough. There are mild flavours of bitter hops and butter.

The taste is lighter than expected. Raisins, sour candy, toffee and yeast. Some minerals, rye bread, red bread and wax beans. The aftertaste got notes of alcohol, crisp bread, preserved ginger and a barely noticeable earthy touch in the finish.

The carbonation is fresh and medium strong; small bubbles. The liquid is mid smooth.

A pleasant beer with some unclean notes that made me think of the Swedish microbrewery scene in the mid 90's.
