This pours a dark golden colour with a centimetre or two of fluffy white head. A bit hazy.
Strong resinous hop aromas. Bit of tropical fruit. Not a lot of malt.
Really like the hop flavours here. Some nice passionfruit notes. Again not a lot of malt. Mild bitterness.
Medium bodied.
I wasn't so sure about this the first time I tried it but really enjoyed it this time.

Quite a hazy, golden colour. Foamy, white head with decent retention.
Reasonably hoppy with notes of orange, tropical fruit and passionfruit. Crystal malts are in the background but are nice.
The flavours are good with ample hop flavour with notes of mango, passionfruit and citrus. The malts are subdued but nice.
Over-carbonated with a medium-light body. It doesn't quite work for me.
A decent APA from a small brewery. This doesn't strike me as a 'Pale Ale for the sake of a Pale Ale'. Rather, it is a well balanced beer that puts good emphasis on the hops.

Slightly hazy amber pour with a lasting, inch-high white head.
Aroma is exceptionally sweet - both in fruity hops and malt. Lots of caramel, light brown sugar, passion fruit, confectionery, pear, etc, etc. Definitely a sweet-tooths beer. Or a sweet-nose's beer, rather.
Strong malt sweetness carries through in the taste, but with less fruit. Mild bitterness partially balances the beer. Still, way over the top in the malt department!
Body is a bit watery, and I would have like more carbonation to dry things out.

A - Poured into a pint glass a very hazy light brown colour. A couple of centimetres of white head that falls away fairly quickly.
S - A light citrus & floral hop presence. A vague bready maltiness.
T - Again light citrus hops in the taste as well as the bready maltiness.
M - Fairly light bodied, medium carbonation.
D - A decent beer but nothing to get too excited about. Could do with some more hops to make it stand out against lots of other fairly tame Australian micro APAs.
