Slightly hazy amber color with no head.
Aroma with predominant notes of malt juice and honey. Hints of hay and raw malt extract.
Sweet flavor with notes of honey, some local herbal hops, malt sweetness, biscuit, ginger and some raw malt extract. I think I can feel the glacial water; not all beers from their portfolio I can perceive it. Dry aftertaste with enough bitterness to counterbalance the added honey.
Light to medium body with mild carbonation. Hard to believe this is 7.2% abv.
Pleasant malty Honey Ale that delivered well bold honey notes without being cloying.
