Dry, tart, very enjoyable - impressed with how sour it is. Nice funky/fruit backbone. Looks awesome, super bright yellow haze. Not huge aroma but the tastes makes up for it. I'll be back for more

This beer has a fresh "country" kind of look of being unfiltered and tasted right out of the fermentation vessel in a Ball canning jar. The color...well, it is apricot! It is easy on the nose and the fruit comes through loud and clear. It is definitely a sour but not at all overpowering. Again the apricot comes through from start to finish. The lactic acid will tickle your tongue and stick to your teeth just a bit. It is kind of like the beer grandpa would have made when a bumper apricot crop came in. It is well worth a try if you have a taste for sour. Fantastic summer delight while it lasts.
