Nothing says summer in New Mexico like an icy cold, margarita-inspired gose. Key lime purée and pink sea salt make for one refreshing siesta!

12oz can poured into Duvel tulip. Picked up at the grocery store as part of a $10 sixer mixer. BEST BY 02/19/21 printed on bottom of can.

Appearance - Slightly hazy straw body with good carbonation, and a small white sudsy head with decent retention and weak stick and lacing.

Smell - I mean kind just smells like a mild margarita. No off tones Better and less sharp than the name would suggest. Not bad for what it's trying to be. 3.75

Taste - Actually considerably better that what I've expected up to this point. Though I'm 4 beers in so there's that. I'm digging it. 4.75

Mouthfeel - Fresh. Refreshing. Clean. Salty. Effervescent. I'm enjoying this for what it's trying to be. 4.75

Overall - It's smooth, drinkable, no sharpness. 4

On-tap at Marble Brewery, Albuquerque, NM

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and is a bit pale with a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of key limes are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of key limes along with notes of lactobacillus and hints of sea salt.
M: It feels light-bodied and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the mixture of the key limes with the lactobacillus as this reminded me a lot like a creamy Greek-style key lime yogurt. It also has some refreshing properties.

Served in a munique glass at the brewery a day after its official release.

A- Cloudy golden liquid with healthy carbonation and a thin, pale white head.

S- Damn, what the hell is going on here? Took me a while to identify it but this smells like a perm at a hair salon. First time I get to describe a beer as such and I pray the last. Lemon/lemongrass are in the mix but damn if this doesn't make me think of Big Worm's head or sitting in a salon breathing in burnt ammonia.

T- Thank Jesus's unpermed hair this doesn't taste like a hair salon. Lemon and lime instead. Tartness and the occasional traces of yogurt. Salt is there if you seek it. Lemongrass like qualities give me a craving for Thai or Vietnamese food. Either one would complement this beer well.

M- Incredibly light and refreshing. It achieves the backyard BBQ, lawnmower quality and then some. Tartness is enough to satisfy without complicating each sip.

I could drink a bit of this. It's tasty albeit obnoxious smelling.
