Pours brownish caramel with a off white head. Aroma is candied raisin, burnt brown sugar, a touch of chocolate malt, and a little bourbon barrel. Flavor follows suit. Medium bodied mouthfeel with not too much activity. Overall, this deserves bottling. Great beer.
