Tasted from a 750 ml bottle bought in Albuquerque.
L - Lightest straw color with myriad tiny bubbles constantly rising; it looks for all the world like a champagne, except for the massive, fluffy, moussey white head that rises up and spills over the edges of the wine glass I poured it into.
S - Aroma is light lemon citrus backed up by faint farmhouse Brett. character, including horse blanket. No hops make themselves known.
T - Flavors match the aromas, with strong, funky Brett. being dominant over a light, citrusy underpinning. Clean but a little bland. Nothing objectionable, just not much "oomph" that makes any one characteristic stand out.
F - Thin body with spritzy carbonation. Low to moderate hops bitterness that is buttressed by the lightly sour tartness. Alcohol level is not noticeable.
O - A nice, lightly funky beer, but a bit bland and middle-of-the-road.

Appearance: Pours clear and golden colored with a frothy one finger head; splashy lacing
Smell: Wheat bread with coriander and grains of paradise tones; just a hint of Brett in the aroma
Taste: Bready flavors forward, with a touch of banana and bubblegum; through the middle, the Brett dries out the flavors and allows the herbal tones to emerge though there is residual sweetness in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Not that difference from the base beer despite the mixed fermentation with Brett; there is less orange peel and the spices are more restrained; enjoyable, but a bit of a let down - not sure I would call this a wild ale
Thanks, M_chav, for the opportunity
