I tried this one at a festival in Colorado, and if I'm ever in Albuquerque, I'll look for these guys on their home turf. This is pretty high alcohol for a wheat beer, but they probably let the fruit ferment for a good long time to make that work. Not sweet, not tart, just a nice blend of flavors.

Both the beers I've had from here tasted great but the carbonation felt off at first, seems to be leveling out now. Not sure what happened there but noticed with desert fog also. They tasted good though I was excited to see my job finally carry this.

12oz can poured into Duvel tulip. BEST BY 10/05/19 printed on bottom of can. So this still has 3 months of freshness left in it. Picked up at grocery store for $2.
Appearance -Big white-pinkish head with decent-low retention and extremely patchy lacing. Opaque grapefruit colored body. 4
Smell - All the typical wit flavors, but with more alcohol. Olives. Red fruit. Extra spicy. 4
Taste - Again, just an extra spicy, extra alcoholic wit with a bit of red fruit underneath and throughout. 4.5
Mouthfeel - Big spicy kick up front but a very clean mild finish. Alcoholic through and through. 4.5
Overall - Actually very smooth and drinkable. Especially for the ABV, and especially considering the alcohol isn't particularly well hidden. I'd have figured this for a more wintery drink, but I'm not complaining. 4.5
