Infused with hand-foraged, hand-juiced Prickly Pears collected from our beloved Albuquerque, NM, this incredibly pink and vibrantly local kettle-soured ale displays earthy tones of wild watermelon, wild berries and beets, upon extremely balanced layers of salinity and acidity.

Had on tap. Clear magenta body with a pinkish white collar. Smell and taste are the same with huge puckering prickly pear, a shot of salt, light yeast and a hint of watermelon underneath. Feel is very sour and slightly acidic, pucker up on this one, lighter bodied and smooth. The wife liked it.
