this is pretty rough, really artificial tasting to me, over flavored at the expense of the base lager, which might not be great anyway, the packaging looks kind of gimmicky, and this feels a long way off from the marble i used to know when they were first getting going, used to always be quality, this feels quite divergent from that, does it not? pretty clear, only the lightest pink hue to it, fizzy and with some head, but sort of thin and watered down looking, but well refined. the aroma on this is like cherry hard candy, slightly chemical, very little beer character behind it, the lime makes it tart but isnt any more authentic, there is some sweetness, light graininess i suppose, but that its a lager is not readily appreciable. the flavor is pretty similar, this is like cherry lime kids drink to me, unappealing as a beer i reckon, but its not gross or anything, its just not really beery, so dosed with whatever flavoring they used that thats really all it is, more cherry than lime for sure. i wanted and expected much more from this, i like it being light and bubbly and not messy or anything, but the recipe is whack with these proportions and i dont think its actual cherries and limes at work, which kind of immediately relegates it to a lower class if fruit beer. not the marble i know...

From a can. Pours a clear peach color with a short white cap of foam. Smells of cherry, lime, and a little bitterness. Malt is buried under the fruit. Starts out tasting fruity, like a seltzer, then transitions to a bready/toasty flavor. A little bitterness. Medium bodied. Not bad but probably not a beer I'll buy again.
