Single-hopped with Centennial and fermented with Belgian yeast.
This pours a golden color with light foaming. It has an aroma that’s crisp, bitter, and “fruity” or estery, with a dry grassy-straw hop character and a flavor that presents itself with a big bitterness upfront that develops into a floral character and finishes dry with some spice. (Whew, run-on sentence!) Finishes with some resiny chew. This has some bite and a whole lot of flavor.
Alltogether dangerously enjoyable.
