Bottle: Poured a deep hazy brown color ale with a medium light brown foamy head with some retention and light lacing. Aroma of toffee and candi sugar with robust malt backbone. Taste is a mix between some robust caramelized malt with notes of toffee and a sweet finish with some lingering candi sugar notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no signs of alcohol. Well done though it lacks some dry figs and plums notes to be considered as one of the great.

Beer is amber/red color. Clear. Little carbonation, not enough to sustain the head which disappear quickly. No lacing. The aroma intensity is light. Spices and banana. The aroma is too light. Taste is sour initially, then I get some spices notes. The beer is warm due to the presence of alcohol. Cinnamon is present in the mouth. Medium body. The taste lingers in the mouth which is nice.
Not so sure about the banana in the aroma, but I did get some at the beginning.
Overall, a good beer. Nothing exceptional but nothing bad too. Typical of this brewery. They brew good beer that are not overwhelmingly good or bad. Cheers!
