Looks: Golden pale, very little head but shows plenty of carbonation
Smell: They nailed the initial dominant rooibos tea smell, with floral hints
Taste: Started off with a strong fruity and ginger flavor with a bit of coriander, aftertaste of tea and a slight hint of the astringency noted below.
Feel: Heavily carbonated, almost like a soda. Left a filmy feeling after a while.

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a medium foamy head with light retention. Aroma of Rooibos tea is quite dominant with light unrefined grainy notes also perceptible. Taste is a weird mix between the some unrefined wheat malt notes and some Rooibos tea with a light astringent finish. Body is light with good carbonation. This mix between tea and beer is not the easiest to put together and I must admit that this si not a case were the experiment was successful.

Funny, just read about this African style in the BA mag and found one at the beer shop. Gotta to try this.
The beer color is yellow and orange. The head is not big but I small white film is present. Strange aroma. Spicy. Maybe some coriander and I would say ketchup. Not very inviting if you ask me. Taste is strongly tea. Spicy too. The finish is very similar to tea.
Mouthfeel is watery. Good, but too strange to buy a 6 packs. Interesting 'tho.

Sampled at Le Mondial.
Appearance: A light gold body with lots of tiny bubbles and a nice creamy head that drapes itself on the glass.
Smell: Tea mixed with cinnamon as advertised. The tea dominates at first then the cinnamon comes on.
Taste: Has that sharp cinnamon stick flavor mixed with red tea. A nice blend that isn't too strong.
Mouthfeel: While light bodied, it does linger a little which is nice.
Overall: A bit on the fence on this one but it does call itself a beer with red tea & cinnamon and that's what you get. A 4 oz. serving is just perfect.
