A:
Pours a hazy orangeish straw with a big three fingers of beige head that scummily settles to a solid inch cap. Very good retention; sticky stringy lacing.
S:
Bready and citric. Orange pith, toasty malt, wet earth, lacquer, caramel malt, funk, spicy phenols.
T:
Dry as a bone. Pine, dirt, neutral malt flavors, hint of pepper. Meh.
M:
Dry as the Sahara and pretty thin with a light to medium body; good prickly carbonation creamy had and an even tingly finish that lingers.
O:
Very good but could be great.
This it's a nice, easy-drinking beer with a really nice nose and a beautiful look to it. It is made with citrus which really comes through in the smell but is pretty much absent from the taste. Perfect example of a beer that could gain the same deliciousness without adding other stuff and the beer as a whole would be better for it.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a rather large off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of citrus bitter hoppy notes with lightly sweet notes. Taste is also dominated by citrus and herbal hoppy notes with light bitterness in the aftertaste with a gentle and lightly sweet malt base. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but well brewed and enjoyable.
