Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color porter with a nice large brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with some black chocolate notes with some tart notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of roasted malt with some sweet black chocolate notes with some mild tart notes. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation with no apparent alcohol notes. Very enjoyable with tart notes well-balanced against the roasted malt notes and light residual sugar notes.
