Copper and mostly filtered with little carbonation, and 3 fingers of rocky, white head.
Smells of dank hops, a hint of citrus, and caramelised sugar.
The taste is as exactly I expected from the nose, and ends with a dull, long, bitter hop quality.
Medium, slightly syrupy body, with a little carbonation and a dry finish.
Reminds me of many American IIPA's, leaning more towards Pliny the Elder in profile. Got in Quebec at a supermarket around Christmas time, drinking April 19th in Muskoka, Ontario.
