Amazing yellow bright color. Nice foam with pretty decent retention and lacing. The aromas are of tart apples, wild yeasts, orange and some woody character. The taste is very complex, opening on farmhouse aromas, wood and finishing with a refreshing berliner weiss quality. It's very dry and the bretts are not too overwhelming, mixing well with the fruityness of the beer. Really one truly outstanding beer.
