Amberish look with a white head that persists in a ring all glass long.
Tart nose, acetic acid, spiced rum, wild funky beast, saison yeast
Taste: Upfront tartness with a rising mountain of rum flavours then a downhill to a spicy finish with rustic grains, brett at the end.
Mouthfeel: Very dry final, as dry as the desert, a 4% abv very complex, hints of oily texture
