Veiled ruby color with almost no activity. Foamy pink 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with poor legs but good swirl reaction. Flavors of beets, cranberries, wheat, salt, and floral hops. Slick and oily medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength tart finish, pleasant fruity feel with a soft grainy end. Well intensified, the balance is okay because I would of liked a grainier end profile. Decent freshness. Overall good quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a bright deep purple/red color ale with a dark pink color head with light retention and some lacing. Aroma of bets with some tart notes is pretty unique and enticing. Taste is also a nice mix of beets with tart notes with some salty notes that can be detected. Body is full with good carbonation. Unique mix that should not work but end up really working well.
