Pesaq = snowing in Mi'kmaq native language. Slightly veiled and cloudy dark straw color with low activity. Deep cloudy and murky as more yeast poured. Light foamy white 2 finger head, lasting around 2 minutes, with shy legs. Flavors of wheat, sweet grains, lemon, brett yeast, light caramel and grapefruits, and floral hops. Slick full body with sharp crispy carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, dominant sour and tart fruity feel, soft barnyard effect, with a hint of barrel aging. Heavily salivating, okay freshness, lots of wild yeast. Not "cheesy" enough though, too sour for my taste with not enough residual flavors left else than funkness. Cross witbier/wild ale/berliner, good complexity though. Approved by the sour queen wife. Overall high quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a hazy light amber color ale with a small bubbly head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of Brett notes with some tart notes and very light wheat malt notes perceptible. Taste is mostly dominated by Brett notes with some oak and light vinous notes. Body is about average with medium carbonation. Enjoyable but pretty straightforward and lacking depth.
