Handsome pour with plenty of foam on the umber brown brew. Not too much aroma to start. It's not quite Rauchbier, but the smoky note is distinct. It tastes like fruitwood, and then pine, like in Lapsang Souchong smoked tea. Pleasantly sudsy in the mouth. A pleasant and highly drinkable flavored Porter. From the 500 ml bottle dated 31/01/19 purchased at Expérience Bière in Montréal.
