Opacity: Bright but cloudy with the yeast.

Legs: Good with decent swirl reaction.
Smell: Ginger/Lemon/Flowers.
Taste: Wild yeast/Honey/Apples/Wheat.
Feel: Barnyard/Mild funk/Floral/spicy.
Body: Light fluffy and slightly oily, though a little thin.
Carbonation: Sharp crisp.
