Impressive, lumpy head. Settles slowly, leaving a dome with several small spots on the glass. The The liquid is orange, deep amber. Hazy.

Plenty of caramel sweetness to the nose. I detect a bit of apricot in the background. No notable hop.

This has the yeasty presence of a home-brew. The flavor is hoppy! In fact, the malt is nearly not present and the hop is strong and very dry. The body is thin for the style and the carbonation is high, exacerbating the watery feel.

Bottle: Poured a light copper color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of bitter notes with some dry malt notes. Taste is hoppier and bitterer than I was expecting with some quite dry caramel malt notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Interesting but almost too bitter to be a session-style beer which is what I usually expect from this style.

The color is copper and the beer is slightly veiled. On top of it, a very nice looking white foamy head that looks like soap bubbles. Sticks well to the glass. The aroma is woody and earthy, very english if you ask me. Nice aroma. The taste is woody with a dry finish with some bitterness. Not over the top, but well balanced. Refreshing beer. Some spiciness in the background too. Medium body. I would say this is a good session beer. Nicely done again by this fantastic brewery.
