Look: Dark, with a white head that dissipate quickly. Some head still laced the glass.
Smell: Franconia Amber was nutty and chocolaty, but this English Stout is even more so!
Taste: still nutty and chocolaty all around. Little smokiness and bitterness of a stout, but quite sweet.
Feel: medium-full body. Lovely!
Would really recommend it!

Pours a very dark brown color with light tan colored head. Roasted malt, cocoa, and some bread on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium to full bodied. Finishes with roast and cocoa.

A lower alcohol stout as you might expect for an English. But without the bitterness I find off putting in Guinness. A lighter mouth feel more like the German styles this brewery does so well. I like it.
