Served on tap at Fish City Grill in San Antonio.
Looked like a typical bock, mostly clear, light brown, minimal head due to a careful pour.
As far as a bock goes, this one has it all, nice and malty with a nice mellow hops presence.
Overall I'd like to see this one available locally in cans.

I actually like the taste in this. It’s malty and robust, with the pleasant nutty sweetness I recall in stronger versions of this such as Celebrator. Aside from that I haven’t tried too many other bocks with which to compare this.

Had it on draft at a Saltgrass Steakhouse. Thought it went well with the sirloin I had. Looked very nice with a n amer color and good head and great lacing. Nice earthy smell and taste. Thought it a fairly good representation of the style.. enjoyed it.

Had on tap at dinner at Saltgrass Steakhouse. Wasn’t that good and wouldn’t have it again. Wouldn’t mind trying their 17% bock they brew.
