Brewery notes: What do you get when you combine an ancient wheat grain with the deliciousness of bee production? I present to you our ALL NEW SPRING SEASONAL the Honey Spelt. Franconia Honey Spelt puts a modern spin on a traditional beer! This brew was created in collaboration with McKinney nonprofit The Seed Project Foundation, whose mission is to fund educational, agricultural, and community initiatives that support sustainability. We partnered with local farms for honey and base malt to brew with old world spelt from Germany. Creating a beer that captures the very essence of spring.
