Special cask poured at the Big Texas Beer Fest.
The beer pours a cloudy golden color with a small white head. The aroma has a lot of biscuit malt, as well as a little grass and a good bit of oak. The flavor is similar, with a lot of biscuit and grain notes, a little bit of grass and a little bit of very light fruit. Medium mouthfeel and light carbonation.
