Pours a caramel amber in color.
This is a malty IPA, more malt than hop. Like an amber ale, perhaps?
I get a candied orange kiss atop a caramel malt when I sip it, with just a touch of bittering. Too heavy, no hops, and it didn’t help that the server confirmed it was in fact their house IPA by saying they hear that it’s too malty all the time.
Bleah.
