Medium gold appearance. Slight amount of chalky, light toasted malt aroma. Pretty good floral hop and light toasted malt flavors.

On-tap at Hopmonk Tavern, Sonoma, CA
A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pilsener malts and noble hops are present in the taste.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of pilsener malts along with hints of noble hops and a light amount of bitterness. Notes of skunk are also perceptible.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer reminds me like a "fuller-bodied' version of Molson Golden as there is some skunk.

On tap at the Sabastol location. Hits the style with a slightly coriander spicy taste. Nothing special though drinkable. A sour edge finish takes away from taste. Served too cold. Medium bodied and a mild hoppyness, with above average sweetness. Clear coloured, and slightly cheesy aroma.

Arrives golden yellow a 1/4" of thick head that lingers. Smell straw and lemons. Taste is similar straw from the wheat and a lemony citrus undertone; hops offer a mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is full but not heavy.

Poured a hazy dark straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured a moderate noble hop spice with a doughy malt.
The taste was upfront doughy with a flowery and herbal cleansing hop spice.
The mouthfeel was full and chewy.
Overall a very tasty and easy to drink pils.

This is ok, but not great. It has a thin character that is very standard for really basic, mediocre west coast lagers or pale ales: cracker and grapefruit.
It is very faintly hazy, slightly pale, straw yellow, with a thin white head steadily receding to a thin ring and leaving a weak hint of lace.
The aroma is light, crackers and grapefruit with a hint of herb or pine.
The taste is similar, mostly crackers and light grapefruit with a hint of pine and lemon. It is thin and very light, bland, neither sweet nor bitter. There really is very, very little going on here. It's drinkable, but very boring and bland.
