Blonde, clean, almost no foam, but so it's served.
Quite neutral smell, a light maltiness, a touch of hop, and, if you try really hard, some honey.
In the mouth the hop is more present. Quite bitter, with a malty background, a bit too heavy.
Light to average body, quite bitter aftertaste.
Nothing to remember.

Pale gold as in the style of a Czech or Polish Pilsner, light textured head, with typical grassy dry Pilsner aromas. Light in taste and texture, dryish but easy to drink and enjoy, a thirst quenching light pilsner that would be very welcome on a hot sunny day. Although not outstanding, is far better than most UK "lagers and pilsners" brewed under licence in UK, and decent price too.

Tasted at the Cardiff Zero Degrees venue.

Served on draught into a true pint glass at Zerodegrees. Reviewed from notes.

A: Pours a half finger head of slight cream, fair thickness, and terrible retention. Colour is a transparent yellow.

Sm: Cream, full barley, and well handled malt. Mild in strength.

T: Full barley makes up the foundation, with cream present only on the open, and some light malt. Simplistic but well done for the style. They say they're going for a Czech pilsener, but it's really more akin to the German take on the style. Decently built and off-balance.

Mf: A bit too coarse, wet, and sharp. Overly thick as well. Complements the flavours pretty decently, but needs work.

Dr: Easy to drink, decent quality for the style, and fairly priced (2.20 GBP per pint).
