Sweet, porter-like aromas, quite deep and chocolatey. On the mid palate the mocha notes come through but are never cloying due to the lightness of the mousse. The finish is sweet and refreshing.

Served on draught into a true pint glass at Zerodegrees in Cardiff, Wales. Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours a half finger head of nice tan colour, appealing cream, good thickness, and abominable fifteen second retention. Colour is an appealing solid black.
Sm: The aroma is comprised of coffee, chocolate, toffee, cream, and ... popcorn? What is that doing there? I don't know, but I find it strangely appealing.
T: Heavy chocolate, nice coffee, cream, and no trace of popcorn whatsoever. The roast is slight but pleasant; I do wish it were more fully expressed. Complex enough, well built, and nicely balanced. Quite nice.
Mf: Smooth, wet, and sharp. A touch too thick, especially for the low ABV. Mosty complementary of the flavours, if a bit off.
Dr: Easy to drink, very flavourful, and fairly priced (2.20 GBP a pint). High quality. Certainly give this one a spin if you're in Cardiff.
