Copenhagen 30/8 2021. 33 cl bottle from the brewery’s shop at Market Day in Bøtø. Army green version of Møn’s usual design with the little red version of their logo with a little drawing of Møn’s Klint.
Pours opaque hazy golden amber with a mid-sized off-white head. Settles as 0,2 cm layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with a subdued scent of citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Light whiff of lime and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fairly intense, laced in fermented sweetness and with a rough bitterness.
