Copenhagen 18/8 2022. 33 cl bottle from Private Selection, Rødovre Centrum. Red version of Møn’s usual design with the little pictogram of Møns Klint.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden amber with a small head. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet toasted malty odor with a bit of grainy sourness. Caramel and toffee with hints of brown sugar. Light roast. Dry vibe.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Run of the mill Vienna with decent intensity and rather dry.
