Copenhagen 1/9 2021. 33 cl bottle from the brewery’s shop at Market Day in Bøtø. Light red version of Møn’s usual design with the little red logo with a drawing of Møn’s Klint.
Pours opaque murky orange with a mid-sized, bubbly white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with a subdued tart scent. Raspberry and lemonade. Tart citrus and a bit of sour berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a light tart sourness. Aftertaste is thin and sweetish with a tart undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing but very much on the thin side.
