Copenhagen 2/2 2025. 33 cl little chubby bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Label design in møn's usual style with the little logo with Møns Klint. Turquoise version.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Sone fruits mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and melon. Grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly this, oily, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. A bit searing. Finish is dry.
A fine Indian Pale Ale from the title Island
