In order to preserve the fine taste patterns, we have chosen to leave this beer unfiltered and unpasteurized. This may result in a small amount of harmless precipitation.
A little info about the beer:
Soft strong dark lager beer, nice copper color with a delicious cream colored foam. The malt gives fine notes of caramel and roasted malt as well as a fine sweetness. Added the right amount of hops, which provides a fine interplay between sweetness and bitterness. Specially good for hearty home-style dishes and grills. Underfermented.

Copenhagen 16/8 2021. 33 cl small, chubby bottle from H. J. Hansen Vin, Vestergade, Odense C. Light brown version of Møn’s usual design with the little logo with Møn’s Klint.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized off-white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a lighter sour scent. Caramel, toffee, burnt malts. Hazelnut. Whiff of sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Not too boozy and fairly intense.
