Nutty brown Christmas-inspired beer, with pleasant shades of orange that create a harmony with the sweetness of the malt. Especially good for lunch and simmering dishes. Alcohol content 6.7% vol. Top fermented.

Copenhagen 5/12 2024. 33 cl small chubby bottle from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Dark red label in Møn Brewery's usual design with their small elegant logo with the white cliffs on Møn.
Pours unclean orange amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. nettles as thin, powdery layer of foam trudging to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of pale malts mingling with yeasty fumes and a whiff of alcohol. Sweet pale malts, bread and cardboard. Scent of humid cellar. Linoleum.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong, malty sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty straight forward with a Belgian touch.
